Data Deletion Request:
Data to be Deleted: When a user requests the deletion of their account and associated data, we will proceed to delete the following information:

- Transaction History: All records of purchases or transactions made within the application.
- Messages and Communications: Any communication sent to other users or to the support team.
- Personalized Preferences and Settings: Includes language settings, notifications, and themes.
Data to be Retained: For legal, security, and database integrity reasons, the following data will be retained:
- Billing Records: Details of past transactions required to comply with accounting and tax requirements.
- Error or Incident Reports: To improve the application and ensure the safety of other users.
Additional Retention Period: Data retained for legal reasons, such as billing records, will be kept for a period of [2 years] to comply with legal and fiscal obligations. After this period, this data will be anonymized or deleted.
